You know 'a sparkler,' a fire and electricity emitting stick, we adults like to give to young children, so we can watch their fear transform into detached amusement. I like them because it looks like we're waving a long string of shiny plastic Christmas tree garland through the air, and who doesn't like Christmas and gravity playing together?
